What computer engineering jobs use the most math?
I’ve been reading a lot about engineering jobs and was surprised to find that there’s very little calculus being used in many of them. I like advanced math and I’m heading to engineering college next year (after I complete my prerequisites at a 2-year college) and was wondering what sort of jobs for computer science & engineering grads use a lot of math? I’m interested in working on anything really high-tech. Anything to do with physics simulations or graphics, or cutting edge IC design.
IC design, I’m not aware of too much
In civil or structural design, I have used a lot of mathematics like calculus or matrices or integrals etc.
